We may use your mobile number to send you transaction alerts, including through Whatsapp and SMS alerts. If you do not wish to receive any such alerts, please write to us at the e-mail address provided under Clause 11.
2.3. We may use the information we collect in connection with your use of our Services in order to investigate, enforce, and apply our terms and conditions to this policy.
2.4. By using our Services, you accept the inherent security implications of data transmission over the internet and the world wide web which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure.
3. Sharing of Information
3.1. 4.1. In the event you do not wish that we retain your Personal Information, you are requested to inform the concerned merchant or your card issuer regarding the same. We shall delete your Personal Information upon receiving a written instruction in that behalf from the merchant or the card issuer.
4.2. We take every reasonable step to ensure that your personal information that we process is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. If you believe that any information belonging to you that is in our possession is inaccurate (in regard to the purposes for which they are processed) you may write to us to get it modified. You may update your personal information by writing to us at the contact information mentioned under Clause 11. You shall have the option of reviewing the information provided by you.
4.3. You have the option to seek erasure of any information provided by you including Personal Information. If you opt for the said option of erasure, we shall delete all your stored information from our servers.
